The everyday occurrences occurring round us, bear in themselves huge energy. The wind which easily rustles with foliage, sometimes turns suddenly to hurricane. From a violet cloud fluctuating "trunk" which quickly turns to an unrestrained tornado-tornado … The heart of a typhoon, a hurricane and a tornado is based on the powerful vortical processes arising at big not of the balance of temperature, humidity and pressure in atmosphere suddenly falls. Having learnt «power essence» of such natural phenomena, it is possible to learn to operate enormous energy. It occupies for a long time researcher, theorists and designers. And inventors have already offered tens original decisions for the industry.
The high-speed turbulent stream of air (gas) is divided at rotation into the cooled kernel and hot peripheral layers. Carrying over of heat from a kernel to the stream periphery, occurring in these conditions, is named as Ranque’s vortex effect. For whirlwind formation in the elementary "static" refrigerator - a Vortex Tube (VТ) use compressed air from a factory or onboard pneumonetwork. Having received in VТ a cold stream with temperature from plus 20С to a minus 50С (if necessary, to a minus 120С) and in passing hot - with temperature from 40С to 120С, it is possible to solve many technological problems effectively.
«Trouble-free without an inertial source of a cold and heat», «the universal generator of a cold which do not have mobile parts», «a dot air cooler for use in extreme conditions». So wrote in the late sixties about future wide industrial use VТ. In two countries have appeared then the first constant manufactures: simple adiabatic VТ of Fulton were issued in the USA «for any buyer», and more perfect nonadiabatic Azarov’s VТ were used in the USSR in first-ever transport vortex refrigerators TVR (ТВХ).
On site pages Azarov's vortex tubes - the serial industrial output already working on thousand of factories and perspective are shown. For display industrial projects which were developed by the author during the period between 1968 and 2009 are chosen. VТ are presented not as «a laboratory miracle» from the Internet, and as production with long-term experience of use: in mechanical engineering, the food-processing industry, radio electronics, shipbuilding, metallurgy, a mining industry, on transport, etc.
